Blogging Is A Lucrative Home-based Job
As all of you may already know, I have been providing content for various weblogs since 2004. Blogging has actually become my full time job since then.
As a single mom trying to make ends meet with a demanding day job, I have been looking for a job that I can do at home while I take care of my child. The earn-from-blogging opportunity came knocking on my door in 2004 but it was only two years later when I ditched my day job and went full time in blogging. My son and I then moved back home to my parents' house (to save on rent money) and we have been living with my mother ever since.
To this date, I have 100++ weblogs that I need to provide content of. There has been highs and lows in my blogging life but it has reached an equilibrium where I now treat blogging as a full time job. At home, I have a support system with my own family who has been helping me raise my son, while I work at home. These days I'm mostly in front of my computer that I can't even do the house chores anymore. Good thing I have a very supportive family. I just make sure I don't work at night (unless really, really necessary) to set aside some quality time with my growing son. He's 7-and-a-half now and I have been blogging for a living in the last four years. So far the routine has worked well for us.
